Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist at Bhrungi Hospitals, located in Hyderabad. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications as per prescriptions, counseling patients about proper usage, and addressing medication-related inquiries. Additional tasks include ensuring accuracy in prescriptions, managing inventory, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical dispensing, inventory management, and documentation
- In-depth understanding of drug compositions, interactions, and side effects
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in pharmacy practice
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Valid pharmacy certification or licensure in India
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is an advantage
